Shannon is the founder of Pilates &, and a Certified Balanced Body Pilates Teacher with over 20 years of experience in the practice. Her teaching blends classical and contemporary Pilates, shaped by her training with leading educator Elizabeth Larkam.

Shannon’s approach is grounded in both expertise and empathy. She is also a Wellbeing Specialist, Certified Health and Performance Professional, and CPA with a background in healthcare—bringing a unique, whole-person perspective to every class and coaching session.

Beyond the studio, Shannon is the creator of The Achievable Plan, a daily planner and framework designed to help people set realistic goals, create work-life balance, and build momentum. She shares her insights through The Wellbeing Blog on Pilates &, where she’s authored over 280 articles.
