What is a Quarterly Reset?

A Quarterly Reset is a 90-minute guided session designed to help you pause, reflect, and realign your priorities for the next 90 days. Rather than setting a plance one and hoping it holds, this give you a structured moment each quarter to adjust and move forward with clarity.

How is this different from a wellness retreat?

This is not a full day or weekend retreat. It’s a simply, structured reset you can return to throughout the year. You’ll leave with:

  • clarity on what’s working
  • a focused plan for the next quarter
  • three priorities you can realistically follow

It’s designed for real life – not escape from it.

Do I need to have a plan or journal to participate?

No. Most people don’t – and that’s exactly why this works. You’ll be guided through simple prompts to help you reflect on your quarter without needing detailed notes or preparation.

What if I didn't set goals at the start of the year?

That’s completely fine. You’re not behind – you’re starting from where you are. The Reset helps you create clarity on your current reality, not a plan you may or may not have followed.

What kind of movement is included?

We begin with a short, gentle Pilates-based movement session. The goal is not intensity—it’s to release tension, shift your state, and create space for clearer thinking. All levels are welcome.

Is this session virtual or in person?

Resets are offered virtually. You can join from home with a small space.

How often should I attend a Reset?
