Do I need any prior experience to join a class?
No – but it’s best to start at the beginning with a L1/L2 class to learn the fundamental exercises and Pilates principles even if you’re an athlete with a high level of fitness.
How often should I attend classes to see results?
Twice per week is enough to start seeing noticeable improvements in strength, flexibility, and posture. Three [3] one hour classes or privates per week is enough to realize the full benefits of Pilates.
