ShannonSmithLiving Amazon Store
If you’ve been following my What’s in My Home Studio — and Is It Worth It? series, you already know that I’m frequently asked about the products I use.
Which foam roller do I recommend? What mat do I use? What helps with recovery? What technology do I use to teach and create content?
And the questions aren’t limited to Pilates.
Over time, I’ve found products that have earned a permanent place in my studio, home, kitchen, bathroom, travel bag and daily routine. So I created my ShannonSmithLiving Amazon Storefront to put those recommendations in one place.
This isn’t intended to be a collection of everything you could buy. It’s a curated collection of things I actually use, have purchased or have enough experience with to recommend.
My basic test is simple: Would I buy it again?
Here’s what you’ll find inside.
My Pilates Studio
These are the Pilates props and equipment I use in my own home studio and recommend to clients.
You’ll find mats, foam rollers and small props that can support strength, mobility, balance and recovery. Some products are there because I use them myself. Others have become particularly useful when working with different bodies and abilities.
If you’ve ever wondered what I’m using when you see a prop in a class or video, this is a good place to start.
Movement & Recovery
Movement is important. Recovery is, too. And sleep is an essential part of both.
This collection includes products I use to support mobility and recovery as well as the things I’ve purchased to make sleep more comfortable — including pillows, bedding, mattresses, toppers and other sleep essentials.
The goal isn’t to create a complicated recovery routine. It’s to find practical things that help the body move well, recover well and rest well.
Skincare & Haircare
Healthy aging isn’t only about how we move.
This collection includes skincare and haircare products that I actually use and keep coming back to — from everyday essentials to products that support healthy-looking skin and hair as we age.
These are products that have earned a place in my own routine rather than products I’ve selected simply because they’re popular.
Healthy Pantry & Home Essentials
Amazon Subscribe & Save has become one of the ways I keep many of my household basics stocked without having to think about them every week.
That includes healthy pantry staples such as nuts, cereal, dried fruit, legumes and beans, along with less glamorous—but very necessary—household items like toilet paper and cleaning supplies.
This collection is really about making the healthier or easier choice the convenient choice.
When something I use regularly can simply arrive when I need it, that’s one less decision and one less errand.
Dental Care & Oral Health
A consistent dental care routine is another small investment in long-term health.
Over the years, I’ve purchased multiple electric toothbrushes along with toothpaste, floss, mouthwash, gum and other oral-care products through Amazon.
I’ve gathered the products I use and recommend in one place to make it easier to find the everyday tools that support a consistent oral-health routine.
Tech I Use
Technology is a big part of how I work.
I teach, coach, consult, write, create content and run my businesses using a home-based setup, so good technology needs to make my life easier—not more complicated.
This collection includes my MacBook Pro, monitor and computer accessories, along with Alexa devices and the lighting, stands and other equipment I use for creating content.
If you work from home, teach online or create your own content, you’ll find many of the tools that make my setup work here.
Books, Ideas & The Achievable Plan
Some of the things that have had the greatest influence on my life aren’t pieces of equipment at all.
This collection includes books and resources that have informed how I think about health, wellbeing, personal growth, work and living well.
It also includes The Achievable Plan, my own framework for turning reflection into intention—and intention into meaningful action.
These are books and tools worth reading, revisiting and, most importantly, putting into practice.
Everyday Basics & Travel
Not everything needs to transform your life. Sometimes you just need something that works.
This collection includes practical basics I’ve purchased and put to use—from luggage and backpacks to ski bags, boot bags and other everyday and travel essentials.
They’re straightforward products that have done their job well enough that I’m comfortable recommending them to someone else.
A Store Built Around Real Life
There is a common thread running through all of these collections.
I believe wellbeing is built through the things we do consistently.
The mat that makes it easier to move. The pillow that helps you sleep comfortably. The pantry staples that make a healthy snack convenient. The technology that makes work easier. The book that changes how you think. The everyday product that simply solves a problem.
None of these things creates wellbeing on its own.
But the right tools can make the behaviors we want to practice a little easier to repeat.
That’s what you’ll find in ShannonSmithLiving: products that have found a place in my real life and that I think may be useful in yours.
And as I continue trying things, I’ll keep asking the same question:
Would I buy it again?
If the answer is yes, you may just find it in the store.
